Built for the visible details
Eleven colors available now.
The powder coating is applied to the screw head while the threads and point remain uncoated. Additional colors will be added as they become available.
Powder coating is more resistant to wear, such as chipping and scratching, than wet paint, thanks to the thermal bonding that occurs during curing. The powder is a superior barrier because it is applied in much thicker layers, which is crucial for outdoor products.
Even if you apply a hard enamel clear coat over paint, there will be uneven thickness and the possibility of cracks in the future. This is because wet paint is, at its most basic, a liquid that dries on.
Conversely, the powder-coating process gives you a heat-cured surface.
As a result, these powder-coated sheet-metal screws offer excellent protection from the elements. Unlike painted screws, these will not chip or peel after installation. We also carry a variety of sizes and colors. Please contact us with your needs.
